Green Iguanas……

PNWHS receives multiple calls each week to take in unwanted adult Green Iguanas.

As of late Spring of 2016, green iguana calls have made an official resurgence….. For many years, we received no requests for iguanas at all….

Female Ornate Box Turtle

She is at least 35 years old, and required antibiotics for an untreated sinus infection when she came to PNWHS. She is now healthy and happy!

She is currently being fostered by the Pacific Science Center in Seattle.

“Gus” male Eastern Box Turtle

Gus is a beautiful male Eastern Box Turtle who was surrendered to PNWHS due to his owner’s medical problems.

Gus is currently being fostered by the Pacific Science Center in Seattle.

“Toast”, baby female Red-Tailed Boa

Toast is a gorgeous baby golden-brown-colored female boa constrictor.

She is currently being fostered by Missy’s Rescue at Animal Talk Pet Shop in Lake City.

Standard morph, healthy and huge!

Juvenile ball python morph (2)

Two juvenile ball python morphs were housed together when their owner passed away unexpectedly. The police took them to Animal Control, and then they were taken in by PNWHS.

They have been separated and are both eating frozen/thawed rats & are healthy.

They are currently being fostered by Animal Talk Pet Shop.
